How our classes work

Membership and drop-in options

Your Wholesome membership gives you access to a flexible weekly schedule of strength, conditioning, and personalised coaching sessions – so you can build a routine that works for you.

After a free discovery call, we might suggest our 6-week Back on Track programme to help ease you back into a rhythm of movement that feels good, while giving you the opportunity to explore all our fitness and wellness classes.

After the programme, or if you want to sign up straight away as a standard member, you’ll choose a package that includes between 2 and 5 fitness sessions per week, and you can mix and match across all class types:

  • 1:6 small group coaching

  • Hybrid

  • Engine

  • Yoga

  • Pilates

Whether you're here to build strength, boost your energy, or train with a supportive group, you can choose the sessions that support you best.

Yoga and Pilates are available to non-members and members looking to top up their sessions for just £10 per class.

    1:6 small group coaching

    Small group, personalised support.

    Get the benefits of expert coaching with the energy of a small, supportive group. Our 1:6 format means you’ll receive individual guidance while training alongside others — boosting motivation, accountability, and connection.

    Sessions take place in the gym or use the beautiful landscape of Beechwood Park, where we focus on strength, mobility, and functional fitness, and are always tailored to your ability and goals. Coaching sessions are available at a range of times throughout the week to suit your schedule.

    Yoga & Pilates

    Yoga, Pilates, mobility and recovery to keep you grounded.

    Our wellness classes include yoga and Pilates, and are designed to balance your training, reduce stress, and help you reconnect with your breath and body.

    Members can join as part of their weekly sessions or drop-in for £10 per class, with sessions available in the mornings and evenings. Non-members are welcome too!

    When the weather allows, we take our practice outdoors into the park – always keeping the atmosphere calm, friendly, and accessible.

    Hybrid

    Strength meets sweat in one powerful session.

    Hybrid is a high-energy, full-body workout that blends strength training, functional movement, and conditioning into one dynamic class. Expect a mix of kettlebells, bodyweight movements, and MetCon-style circuits designed to challenge your body and boost your overall fitness.

    With timed intervals, short rest periods, and a variety of exercises, you’ll build strength, increase endurance, and keep your heart rate high from start to finish. Whether you're new to training or more experienced, each session is coach-led and fully scalable to your level.

    Fast-paced, motivating, and energising – it’s the perfect mix of power and pace.

    Engine

    A class that strengthens your body and sharpens your mindset – one breath at a time.

    Engine is all about cardiovascular conditioning in the gym and the park – designed to help you go harder, recover faster, and feel fitter in everyday life. Using bikes, ski-ergs, running, and bodyweight movements, this class focuses on aerobic and anaerobic intervals to improve endurance, heart health, and recovery.

    Expect a variety of time-based efforts, steady-state blocks, and smart programming that builds over time. Whether you're training for performance or simply want to feel stronger and more capable, Engine delivers a full-body cardio challenge in a fun, supportive environment.

    Events & retreats

    Move, connect and reset – together.

    Throughout the year, we host a range of events that bring our community together in meaningful ways. From yoga on the beach, sprints on the dunes and community hikes – to immersive European retreats, these experiences are designed to help you step away from the everyday and reconnect – with nature, with others, and with yourself. Event spaces are typically limited and often available to non-members.

    Nutrition

    Adaptable, optional, and realistic guidance.

    We offer optional nutrition coaching for those wanting to take things to the next level and in a way that fits into your life – no rigid plans, no restrictions.

    Whether you’re looking to support your training, improve energy levels, or simply build healthier habits, we’ll work with you to create something sustainable and realistic. Our guidance is tailored to your needs and grounded in long-term wellbeing, not quick fixes or trends.

    With your membership, you’ll have access to the TeamUp app, with access to over 300,000 recipes for healthy meal planning, device connectivity, and space to log your measurements, weight, and progress pictures.

This is our usual class timetable, but occasionally sessions may change. Members can book directly via our app. If you're not a member and would like to join a yoga or Pilates class, simply fill out the form below or register on our app — we’d love to welcome you.

FAQs

  • Members can book onto classes through our app. To book onto a yoga or Pilates class as a non-member, just complete our wellness booking form and a member of the team will be in touch to confirm your booking.

  • We’ve shared our typical timetable above, which we try to keep as up to date as possible, but if you’re not sure, please drop us a message. Members can also check our app to see the most up-to-date schedule or ask in our community WhatsApp group.

  • Drop-in yoga and Pilates classes are £10 for members looking to top up their sessions and non-members, offering a flexible way to join us whenever it suits you.
