We’re celebrating a brand new chapter at Wholesome — with a fresh look, new energy, and a growing community. Join us for a day of beginner-friendly sessions, wellness tips, free treats, and feel-good movement. Whether you’re curious about yoga, looking to lift, or just want to soak up the vibes, this is your chance to connect, explore and experience what the Wholesome community is all about.

The whole day is completely free and open to non-members!

To register for any of the sessions below, please book using the Wholesome app or on the TeamUp website. If you don’t already have an account, booking is totally free — you’ll just need to quickly register on TeamUp (this helps us keep it safe, supportive, and tailored to you).
